Monster Children Gallery : THE MIRROR STAGE -
An exciting build up to the next show at Monster Children, featuring the likes of Kill Pixie and Cleon Peterson what more could you ask for. Its amazing to see how creative Kill Pixie has become with his artwork, imagining this unique place where his characters populate and thrive (or harm).
Stairwell Gallery Kings Cross
Plenty of action going on down in the Cross lately. The sugarmill was a hive of activity for the opening nite of the stairwell gallery with guest curator Ben Frost turning up. As always the movement crew didn’t dissapoint with some lively looking characters done by ears and max berry. nice.

With the GFC in decline its time to look back at the past few months with rose tinted glasses, for this was truly a time to remember. The free advertising opportunities have sprung up like new shoots in spring, but if the economy recovers . . what will happen next ? As always its a matter of getting in there quick and seizing any opportunity to get up . . the mega-coroporates are always just one step behind. .

Absolut Stairwell Gallery Opening
The Absolut Stairwell Gallery at Sugarmill is opening up as a space dedicated to supporting Australian artists. The space will become a 24 hour art gallery with new exhibitions launched on a monthly basis, each month featuring a different artistic medium such as graffiti, painting or photography. The project is a great opportunity for the city’s lesser-known talents to exhibit and sell their work. The launch will be Thursday 6 August from 6-9pm and the exhibition will continue until August 31. This time around the space will feature works by Sydney street artist group StupidKrap, headed up by Australian artist Ben Frost and the stairwell’s new interior, featuring graffiti by Sydney graffiti art group ‘The Movement’ will be unveiled.
There wiil also be some poster action supplied by myself which will be up for a month in the front area so get down there and check it out .
